The GLLEN aims to ensure that all young people aged 15-19 years old have the opportunity to make a successful transition through school and from school to further education, training and employment in the City of Greater Bendigo, Mount Alexander Shire and Central Goldfields Shire.

The GLLEN's vision is "To ensure that by local initiative all young people develop a worthwhile future through participation in education, training and employment."
